These Organizer Terms & Conditions ("Seller Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loyaltiya Tickets platform as an event organizer, promoter, venue owner, business, charity, educational institution, government agency, or any other individual or entity ("Organizer", "you", or "your") that creates, promotes, advertises, manages, or sells tickets for events through Loyaltiya Tickets.
By registering for an Organizer account, publishing an event, listing tickets for sale, accepting ticket orders, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Seller Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all other policies published by Loyaltiya Tickets, each of which forms part of this agreement.
Loyaltiya Tickets is an online event management and ticketing platform that enables Organizers to create events, market events, sell tickets, process payments, manage attendees, validate admissions using QR codes, and access reporting tools.
Loyaltiya Tickets provides technology services only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Loyaltiya Tickets is not the organizer, promoter, sponsor, venue owner, performer, employer, or operator of any event listed on the Platform.
The agreement for attending an event exists solely between the Organizer and the ticket purchaser. Loyaltiya Tickets acts only as an intermediary technology provider facilitating ticket transactions.
To use the Platform as an Organizer, you represent and warrant that:
If you are acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, nonprofit organization, government body, educational institution, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Seller Terms.
You must create an Organizer account before listing or selling tickets through the Platform.

Loyaltiya Tickets may refuse registration, restrict account functionality, or suspend accounts that contain inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
To comply with applicable laws, payment processor requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, fraud prevention measures, and internal risk management procedures, Loyaltiya Tickets may require identity verification before or after you begin selling tickets.
Verification may include, without limitation:
Failure to successfully complete verification may result in delayed payouts, suspension of ticket sales, cancellation of events, or permanent termination of your Organizer account.
You are solely responsible for every event that you create and publish on Loyaltiya Tickets.
You represent and warrant that:
Loyaltiya Tickets may edit formatting for technical purposes but will not alter the substance of your event listing without your authorization, except where required by law or these Seller Terms.
You may not use the Platform to advertise, promote, or sell tickets for events that:
Loyaltiya Tickets reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, or permanently prohibit any event listing at any time where it reasonably believes these Seller Terms, applicable laws, or Platform policies have been violated.
The Organizer is solely responsible for planning, promoting, staffing, managing, operating, and conducting each event.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Organizer is solely responsible for:
Loyaltiya Tickets assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the organization, operation, quality, legality, safety, or success of any event.
You retain ownership of all content that you upload to the Platform.
By uploading event content, you grant Loyaltiya Tickets a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, and use such content solely for operating, marketing, improving, and providing the Platform and related services.
You warrant that all uploaded content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You are solely responsible for determining ticket prices, ticket quantities, taxes, promotional discounts, seating categories, refund policies, and sales periods.
You agree that you will not:
Loyaltiya Tickets reserves the right to suspend ticket sales, temporarily disable purchasing, or remove listings where suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Loyaltiya Tickets reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or improve any feature, functionality, service, pricing model, integration, or aspect of the Platform without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Seller Terms obligates Loyaltiya Tickets to maintain any particular feature, service, API, integration, reporting capability, or functionality indefinitely.
By listing events on Loyaltiya Tickets, you agree to pay all applicable platform fees, payment processing fees, service charges, taxes, and any other charges disclosed to you before or at the time of publishing your event.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Platform Fees are non-refundable, including where an event is cancelled, postponed, removed, or your Organizer account is suspended or terminated.
Loyaltiya Tickets reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time. Updated fees will apply only to future ticket sales unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Payments for tickets sold through the Platform are processed by third-party payment service providers, including Stripe or other providers designated by Loyaltiya Tickets.
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the payment processor.
Loyaltiya Tickets is not a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, or payment processor and does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of third-party payment services.
If a payment processor refuses, delays, or reverses any payment, Loyaltiya Tickets shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
Ticket sale proceeds, less applicable fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and other deductions, will be paid to the Organizer according to the payout schedule established by Loyaltiya Tickets and its payment processors.
Payout schedules may vary depending on:
No payout is considered earned until it has been successfully released by the applicable payment processor.
Loyaltiya Tickets may delay, suspend, withhold, reserve, or cancel payouts where it reasonably believes it is necessary to protect ticket buyers, payment processors, Loyaltiya Tickets, or other users.
Payouts may be delayed where, including but not limited to:
Loyaltiya Tickets is not responsible for losses arising from payout delays made in good faith.
The Organizer is solely responsible for all chargebacks, payment disputes, payment reversals, cardholder claims, and associated fees arising from ticket sales.
Loyaltiya Tickets may recover chargeback amounts by:
The Organizer agrees to fully cooperate with Loyaltiya Tickets and any payment processor in responding to chargeback investigations and payment disputes.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Loyaltiya Tickets, the Organizer is solely responsible for determining and funding refunds issued to ticket purchasers.
The Organizer must clearly publish its refund policy before tickets are offered for sale.
Where no Organizer refund policy is provided, the Loyaltiya Tickets Refund Policy shall apply.
If Loyaltiya Tickets issues refunds on behalf of an Organizer, the Organizer authorizes Loyaltiya Tickets to recover all refunded amounts, processing fees, chargeback fees, administrative costs, and other associated expenses from future payouts or by any other lawful means.
The Organizer is solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable federal, provincial, state, local, sales, GST, HST, VAT, income, withholding, entertainment, or other taxes arising from ticket sales or event operations.
Loyaltiya Tickets does not provide tax advice and makes no representation regarding the Organizer's tax obligations.
The Organizer agrees to indemnify Loyaltiya Tickets for any tax liabilities arising from the Organizer's activities.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, materially changed, or cannot proceed as advertised, the Organizer is solely responsible for:
Loyaltiya Tickets may, but is not obligated to, communicate directly with ticket purchasers regarding cancellations, postponements, or material event changes.
Neither Loyaltiya Tickets nor the Organizer shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, utility failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in this section relieves the Organizer of its obligations regarding refunds where required by applicable law or its published refund policy.
You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
By clicking buttons such as "Create Account," "Create Event," "Publish Event," "Accept," "Continue," or any similar electronic confirmation, you agree that such action constitutes your electronic signature and creates a legally binding agreement between you and Loyaltiya Tickets.
You consent to receiving legal notices, operational communications, payout notifications, policy updates, and other communications electronically through the Platform or by email.
The Organizer acknowledges that ticket purchaser information is collected through the Platform solely for the purpose of facilitating ticket sales, event administration, customer support, entry verification, communications relating to the event, and other legitimate business purposes.
The Organizer agrees to collect, access, use, disclose, store, and process personal information only in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and any other applicable privacy legislation.
The Organizer shall not sell, rent, disclose, or otherwise misuse customer information obtained through the Platform without the individual's consent or as otherwise permitted by law.
Loyaltiya Tickets may suspend or terminate access to attendee information where misuse is reasonably suspected.
Nothing contained in these Seller Terms creates or shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise, fiduciary, or similar relationship between Loyaltiya Tickets and the Organizer.
The Organizer operates independently and is solely responsible for its business operations, employees, contractors, taxes, liabilities, and legal obligations.
The Organizer has no authority to bind Loyaltiya Tickets to any agreement or obligation.
To protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, Loyaltiya Tickets may request documentation demonstrating the Organizer's compliance with these Seller Terms.
Such documentation may include:
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of ticket sales, delayed payouts, or termination of the Organizer account.
The Organizer agrees not to:
Any unauthorized activity may result in immediate suspension, termination, legal action, and reporting to applicable authorities.
The Organizer represents and warrants that neither the Organizer nor any person acting on its behalf is subject to applicable economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or export control laws that would prohibit the use of the Platform.
The Organizer agrees to comply with all applicable international, federal, provincial, state, and local laws relating to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, consumer protection, taxation, and event operations.
Loyaltiya Tickets may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Organizer account, remove events, delay payouts, or restrict access to any Platform feature where it reasonably believes that:
Where reasonably practicable, Loyaltiya Tickets will provide notice of suspension or termination.
The Organizer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loyaltiya Tickets, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loyaltiya Tickets disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loyaltiya Tickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost revenue, reputational harm, data loss, or business interruption arising from or relating to the use of the Platform.
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, Loyaltiya Tickets' total aggregate liability arising from these Seller Terms shall not exceed the total Platform Fees paid by the Organizer to Loyaltiya Tickets during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Seller Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations before commencing legal proceedings.
Subject to applicable law, the courts located in the Province of Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Seller Terms.
If any provision of these Seller Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Loyaltiya Tickets to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Loyaltiya Tickets may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Seller Terms without restriction. The Organizer may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations without the prior written consent of Loyaltiya Tickets.
Any provisions relating to payment obligations, refunds, chargebacks, indemnification, intellectual property, limitation of liability, privacy, dispute resolution, governing law, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive shall survive termination of these Seller Terms.
These Seller Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and Loyaltiya Tickets regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
These Buyer Terms & Conditions ("Buyer Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loyaltiya Tickets platform as a ticket purchaser, attendee, guest purchaser, or user ("Buyer", "you", or "your").
By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, completing a guest checkout, accepting a complimentary ticket, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Buyer Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies published by Loyaltiya Tickets.
Loyaltiya Tickets operates an online event discovery and ticketing platform that enables event Organizers to advertise events, sell tickets, process payments, and manage attendee registrations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Loyaltiya Tickets is not the organizer, promoter, venue operator, performer, sponsor, or host of any event listed on the Platform.
The Organizer is solely responsible for organizing, operating, and delivering each event.
When you purchase a ticket through Loyaltiya Tickets, you are entering into a legally binding agreement directly with the Organizer of the event.
Loyaltiya Tickets acts solely as a technology platform facilitating ticket sales and payment processing.
The Organizer is solely responsible for:
You represent and warrant that:
Certain events may have age restrictions or other eligibility requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all applicable requirements before purchasing tickets.
Tickets may be purchased using a registered Loyaltiya Tickets account or through guest checkout where available.
You are responsible for reviewing all event information before completing your purchase, including:
Once a purchase has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your digital ticket(s).
Ticket prices, taxes, service fees, processing fees, and any other applicable charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
By completing your purchase, you authorize the total amount displayed to be charged using your selected payment method.
Except where required by law, completed purchases cannot be modified after payment has been successfully processed.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Loyaltiya Tickets does not store your complete payment card information.
Payment authorization, fraud screening, and payment approval are performed by the payment processor.
If a payment is declined, delayed, or reversed by the payment processor, Loyaltiya Tickets shall not be responsible for any resulting losses or unsuccessful purchases.
Tickets issued through Loyaltiya Tickets are provided electronically and contain a unique QR code or other authentication technology.
Each ticket is valid for one admission only unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.
Once a ticket has been scanned for entry, it becomes invalid for subsequent admission.
Duplicated, altered, forged, copied, or otherwise tampered tickets may be cancelled without refund.
Where guest checkout is available, your ticket purchase will be associated with the email address provided during checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is accurate.
Loyaltiya Tickets is not responsible for tickets that cannot be delivered due to incorrect email addresses supplied by the Buyer.

You agree that all notices, agreements, confirmations, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
By clicking buttons such as "Purchase Tickets," "Register," "Checkout," "Continue," "Accept," or similar electronic confirmations, you acknowledge that you are providing your electronic signature and entering into a legally binding agreement.
You consent to receive tickets, purchase confirmations, event updates, legal notices, policy changes, and other communications electronically by email or through the Platform.
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy established by the Organizer for each event, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Before purchasing a ticket, you are responsible for reviewing the Organizer's refund policy, which is displayed during the checkout process.
Where an Organizer has not published a refund policy, the Loyaltiya Tickets Refund Policy shall apply.
Platform service fees, payment processing fees, and other non-refundable charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

The Organizer is solely responsible for any cancellation, postponement, venue change, schedule modification, performer change, or other material change affecting an event.
Where reasonably possible, Loyaltiya Tickets may assist Organizers in communicating such changes to ticket purchasers but assumes no responsibility for the Organizer's decisions or communications.
Refund eligibility following a cancellation or material change will be determined in accordance with the Organizer's refund policy and applicable law.
Admission to an event is subject to the Organizer's admission policies, venue capacity limits, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
The Organizer or venue may refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is considered unlawful, unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise inconsistent with venue rules.
Removal from an event under these circumstances may occur without refund where permitted by applicable law.
Each venue may establish additional rules relating to security screening, prohibited items, photography, recording devices, food and beverages, smoking, alcohol consumption, bags, dress codes, and other operational matters.
You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions provided by the Organizer, venue staff, security personnel, emergency responders, and applicable authorities.
Failure to comply with venue rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund where permitted by law.
Unless expressly permitted by the Organizer through the Platform, tickets may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, auctioned, or otherwise distributed for commercial purposes.
Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels may be cancelled without notice and may be refused for admission.
Loyaltiya Tickets does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from third parties.
You agree not to:
Violation of this section may result in cancellation of tickets, suspension of your account, denial of entry, or legal action.
Many events include photography, audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, or other media production.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings created by the Organizer, venue, sponsors, media organizations, or Loyaltiya Tickets.
Where permitted by applicable law, you grant permission for such recordings to be used for promotional, editorial, archival, security, or commercial purposes without compensation.
Neither Loyaltiya Tickets nor the Organizer shall be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, civil unrest, government actions, utility failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in this section limits any refund rights that may exist under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Loyaltiya Tickets may suspend or terminate your account, cancel tickets, refuse future purchases, or restrict access to the Platform where it reasonably believes that:
Where reasonably practicable, Loyaltiya Tickets will provide notice of such action.
The Loyaltiya Tickets Platform, including its software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, source code, databases, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Loyaltiya Tickets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or by Loyaltiya Tickets in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
Nothing in these Buyer Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Loyaltiya Tickets Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
You consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable privacy legislation.
Loyaltiya Tickets makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the Platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
The Platform may occasionally experience scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, software updates, internet interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Loyaltiya Tickets shall not be liable for temporary interruptions, delays, outages, or loss of access resulting from such events.
You agree that you will not:
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of tickets, and legal action where appropriate.
You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable sanctions, export control laws, or trade restrictions.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws relating to your purchase and use of tickets, including consumer protection, anti-fraud, and payment regulations.
Nothing contained in these Buyer Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or similar relationship between you and Loyaltiya Tickets.
Loyaltiya Tickets acts solely as an independent technology platform facilitating transactions between Buyers and Organizers.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loyaltiya Tickets disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or error-free operation.
Loyaltiya Tickets does not warrant that any event will occur as advertised or that any Organizer will fulfill its obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loyaltiya Tickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, business interruption, or data loss arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or attendance at any event.
Loyaltiya Tickets is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, safety, legality, quality, cancellation, postponement, or performance of any Organizer, venue, performer, sponsor, or other third party involved in an event.
Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, Loyaltiya Tickets' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Buyer Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.
These Buyer Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
